The Day Men's League provides male curlers with the opportunity to have fun and enjoy the challenging sport of curling. Newcomers regardless of skill level are welcome. Some features of curling with the Day men include:

• Draw from the Board Curling on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (09:45)

• Draw from the board curling on Monday and Wednesday afternoons (12:15)

• Fixed team Curling on Friday afternoons (12:15)

• Periodic Friendlies with other local clubs

• Opportunity to play each week in the City Metro league.

• Opportunity to represent the club in major bonspiels such as the Men's City of Ottawa, the R .A.'s annual Millennium spiel and the O.V.C.A's annual Mixed Spiel.

• Fun challenges with the Day Ladies of Carleton Heights

• Christmas and Closing fun days

• Summer Golf day
